Cancellation Policy
Please provide 72 hours notice of cancellation for a reservation LESS THAN ONE WEEK in length. If the reservation is MORE THAN ONE WEEK in length 2 weeks notice prior to reservation.Once a reservation is checked in, NO REFUNDS for early departure will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE:Â If you give less notice than the required cancellation policy there will be no refund of the deposit., we require 2 weeks’ notice to cancel. Cancellation Fee: There will be a $10 cancellation fee for ANY cancellations.

Discounts
PEI residents, seniors, military and veterans receive a 10% discount. Discounts do not apply to Seasonal, monthly, weekly rates, or CBMF weekend.
Bunkies
The 10’X 12″ bunkhouse is perfect for those who like to camp but don’t want to sleep on the ground in a tent. First, bunkie sleeps 6 with a double mattress in the loft and 4 single bunks below, the second bunkie sleeps 4 with a double mattress in the loft and 2 single bunks below. Both bunkies include electrical outlets, mini-fridge, light, and window fan inside. Water is located on the outside of the bunkie. Bring everything you will need for camping but leave the tent at home. Also included with the site are a BBQ, picnic table, and fire pit for your use. Washrooms and Laundry are located just across from the Bunkies. Just check in at the campground office for the key and enjoy your stay.

Hey, my name is Bobbi jo my partner Sean and I and our two sons had the pleasure of being the first family to stay ….and we were very happy 🙂…Sean and I loved the top bed it was very comfortable and cozy …The boys had plenty of room and loved their beds..we could have had other family members stay and still have plenty of room. Despite the rain, we were safe dry, and warm all night and enjoyed the activities and fireworks…best camping experience, and highly recommend anyone to stay !! Thank you Vacationland can’t wait to stay again this season!!! We loved it 🙂

Seasonal Site Rates
Seasonal Rates are $2510.45(taxes included). We require a $150 deposit (non-refundable) and the remainder $2360.45(taxes included) by the first opening day, of the new season. Seasons run from May-September.
