Convenience Store
If you find yourself out of bread or milk, or just want an ice cream cone, our convenience store most likely has what you’re looking for. We stock most food items and many RV parts and supplies. You’ll also find firewood for your campfire, and we offer a Propane Exchange Centre for both 20 lb bbq tanks and 30 lb trailer tanks.
Playgrounds and Fields
Our play set is a great spot for younger kids to let their imaginations run wild and have some fun! The large field down by the waterfront has plenty of space to fly kites, play Frisbee or soccer. The volleyball pit also provides children with ample opportunities to play in the fresh air.
Pool
Our crystal clear heated pool is open from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Slip in to cool down or simply enjoy watch your kids play. The temperature-controlled pool is lovely and refreshing on a warm day, yet warm on some of the cooler summer days.
Rec Hall
Movies, bingo, crib, activities, and events — There’s always something exciting going on at the rec hall!
Laundromat and Showers
Although Island soil is pretty to look at, it can be pretty difficult to get out of children’s clothing. We think you’ll find our facilities up to the job of getting both your children and their clothes clean.
All facilities are located in two separate buildings within the park for campers' convenience. Our front washroom building, containing washrooms, a shower, and a laundromat, was completely renovated and remodelled in 2015.
We’ve received many positive comments on these facilities, which include 12 hot showers and 26 flush toilets, and we’re proud of their cleanliness and quality.
Site features include:
- Onsite Wi-Fi, heated pool, 2 playgrounds, volleyball net, basketball court, gaga game, and a Rec Hall for events
- Weekly events and activities for children (July & August)
- Events for the family, including themed weekends, family days, and much more
- A friendly environment with convenience store onsite
- Laundromats and clean washroom facilities
- Security onsite and on-call 24hrs a day
- Winter storage for Seasonal campers.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WI-FI IS NOT MEANT TO STREAM VIDEO GAMES AND GAMING SITES. THE WI-FI SYSTEM CAN BE SLOW AND HAVE TROUBLE CONNECTING IN AREAS OF THE PARK AT TIMES, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PARK IS FULL.
Garbage
There are three garbage bins located at the front of the Park. All garbage must be placed in a clear plastic bag.
There is limited garbage sorting at the garbage bins in the front of the Park. Additional small cans are set up for sorting plastics, bottles, and metals. Please note there is no garbage pickup within the Park, and we ask you kindly deposit garbage in the available bins.
